Due to the nature of TKTX Cream as a topical product, we do not accept returns on opened or used items. This is to ensure product integrity and customer safety.

We only accept returns under the following conditions:

The item is unopened, unused, and in its original packaging

You contact us within 14 days of receiving your order

You provide proof of purchase (order number or confirmation email)

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was sent in error or arrived damaged.
